It is not possible to return goods after this 30 day period. Our refund policy is subject to the Terms of Service.

Return Details

The Basics:

  • Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. No restocking fees, ever.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 days.
  • Exchanges: Changed your mind? We’ll help you swap your item for something you’ll love.

How It Works:

  1. Start Your Return: Reach out to us at info@nivawear.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order details and the reason for the return. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Returns without prior approval won’t be accepted.
  2. Get Approval: Once we approve your return, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to proceed. Pack the item securely to avoid any damage during transit.
  3. Ship It Back: Send the item back to us. Remember, return shipping costs are covered by you.
  4. Receive Your Refund: After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 days.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange your item for something else, just email us at info@nivawear.com with your request. We’ll guide you through the process and make sure you get exactly what you want.

Cancellations:

Need to cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible at info@nivawear.com. While we can’t guarantee cancellations once your order has been processed, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Simply take a photo of the issue and email it to us at info@nivawear.com. We’ll promptly send you a replacement or the correct item.
