Return Process
No matter the reason, you can return the items within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns cannot be accepted after the 30-day period has elapsed. To initiate the return process, please contact us first at info@nivawear.com. We will guide you through the necessary steps. Make sure that the items are unworn, unwashed and with all the tags still attached. Pack them carefully to protect them from any damage that could occur on the way back to us. Use a reliable shipping company so that the package won't get lost on its way. Bear in mind that you are responsible to cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds
Upon receiving and verifying the returned goods, we will process your refund within 10 days. We will refund you using the original payment method that you paid with.
